Beneficial to our Overall Health:
Focus on your Breath or a Mantra:
So now I'm going to lead you into some silence where you can either choose to focus on your breath or a mantra the mantra I'm going to present you with for this meditation is hum saw so it will be Homme on the in-breath and saw on the out-breath Thomas ah is Sanskrit and it literally means I am that further elaborated means I am Here I am NOT alone I am NOT this limited illusion of an individual I am not separate in fact I am divine and I am with God the Yogi's say that hamsa is the most natural mantra because it was the sound of our own breath so it will feel weird at first but if you give it a shot and you get into the flow of it I think it will start to feel really natural so it goes something like this so we repeat the mantra to give our minds something to focus on if you get lost and thought during this period of silence.
